To learn, and from time to time to apply what one has

1. Before the training we assess the current level
and needs of the trainees (oral interview and multiple
choice questionnaire)
2.We design a training programme according to the needs
expressed. This programme is flexible and liable to
change as the training progresses with the expression
of new needs.
3. Regular review increases assimilation considerably.
4. Clear and well-structured presentations, with references
to what is already known, is vital for trainees to be
able to understand and memorize.
5. In order to make progress you need to dive in at
the deep end, and not be afraid to make mistakes. When
corrected, these mistakes help us to understand too.
6. We aim to develop oral and written comprehension
and expression skills. We propose activities that extend
vocabulary and improve grammatical precision, depending
on the level. And we insist on practice, practice and
more practice.
7 . In order to learn efficiently, you have to feel
good about the experience; a relaxed atmosphere in class
helps both assimilation and the desire to participate.
You learn far more in a pleasant environment!
8. At the end of the training course we write a report
on the progress made and advice on follow-up.
